At Bentley Motors we are dedicated to developing and crafting the world's most desirable high performance cars. Founded in 1919 by W.O Bentley, his mission was "To build a good car, a fast car, the best in class". These words remain true today and we are still making responsive, comfortable and powerful Grand Tourers.

Although we now have many models in our range, a hand-built Bentley is always unmistakable. All it takes is a glance at the twin headlights, matrix grille or the high waistline to know one.

New Mulsanne Speed

On the road, the new Mulsanne Speed combines an imposing appearance with the substance to support its style; its name resoundingly proclaiming a new pinnacle. This is the most dynamic, most exquisite expression of the powerful luxury for which Bentley stands.

Beneath the bonnet of the Mulsanne Speed lies a newly re-engineered 6.75 litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. Designed to boost acceleration, power and torque, it can propel the Mulsanne Speed to 60mph in just 4.8 seconds (100 km/h in 4.9 seconds) and on to a phenomenal top speed of 190mph (305 km/h).

Exterior style changes include a dark tint that has been applied to the trademark Bentley matrix grille, lower bumper apertures, headlamps, rear lights and wing vents. The Mulsanne Speed also features rifled stainless steel tailpipes, a unique new 21" wheel design and a ‘Speed’ fender badge.

The imposing look is further enhanced by a collection of handcrafted details designed to add a sporting edge throughout the interior. Drilled alloy sports foot pedals, a knurled sports gear lever, Bentley embroidered emblems and the famous diamond quilted hides: together, they complement a new duotone interior created especially for the Mulsanne Speed, including the Mulsanne’s first ever two-tone seat.

Mulsanne

The Mulsanne is much more than a pairing of luxury with power. Its fearsome acceleration is felt not as a sudden blast forward, but as a smooth surge of seemingly limitless power. The character of the V8 engine note, barely perceptible from inside the cabin while the car is cruising, builds to a rich, powerful roar on acceleration when the throttle is opened wide.

The Mulsanne benefits from a re-engineered V8 engine, providing extra range and improvements in efficiency of up to 13%. Yet with an 8-speed automatic transmission, providing uninterrupted acceleration through seamless gearshifts, there is no compromise on performance: the Mulsanne is capable of 184mph (296 km/h).

With a wealth of handcrafted details, the Mulsanne has been built from the ground up around the concept of a peerless travelling experience. The Mulsanne also offers the widest range of colours and finishes in the automotive world. There are over 100 exterior colours in four paint finishes to choose from, alongside 24 different coloured leather hides, and 10 veneers. It is always worth noting, however, that the Bentley factory can match any colour you provide. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, a bespoke hue can be created just for you.

This is a world where minute details make all the difference. This is the world of the Mulsanne.
